Luise Stockinger (1928-2013) was an Austrian artist and sculptor. She studied at the Academy of Applied Arts in Vienna and was a master student of Fritz Wotruba. During her career, she created sculptures, reliefs, and installations. Stockinger's works often featured abstract forms, figures, and animals. She was awarded the Austrian State Prize for Sculpture in 1984. She exhibited her works internationally, including at the Venice Biennale in 1982 and at the Documenta in Kassel in 1987.
